The early pilot

Curls is in development and is not ready to use yet. This paid pilot covers client photo sharing through a planned QR handoff, separate review texts with client permission, and help setting up your salon. Clients decide whether to share. Rebooking and reactivation are not included. Shares, reviews, ratings and bookings are not guaranteed.

Price and cancellation

$300 USD is charged upfront when you join, then automatically every month until canceled. The Square checkout shows the total before payment. Cancel directly through Square using the Manage subscription link in your subscription email before your next renewal. Email Joshua if you need help. Cancellation stops future charges and does not itself refund earlier payments. The first-payment guarantee below still applies.

Setup

After payment, email your salon name, business contact, review link and the phones you plan to use. We will confirm the photo permission and review-text workflow with you. Do not email client lists or passwords. Setup is due within 5 calendar days after both payment and the required salon details are received. If we miss that deadline, you receive a full refund. Supported phones and sharing options will be confirmed during setup.

30-day money-back guarantee

Request a full refund of your first payment by emailing joshualherron@gmail.com within 30 days of payment. Day 30 is included. No proof of results is required. We process the refund within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take additional time to display it. A refund request also cancels future renewals.

Client choice and permission

Ask permission before taking or sharing client photos. Send review texts only to clients who have agreed to receive them, and honor opt-outs. Review requests must invite honest feedback without incentives or selecting only happy clients. Client data handling and the texting setup will be agreed before client data is collected or messages are sent.

After payment

Keep your Square receipt and email your salon setup details to joshualherron@gmail.com. We confirm your payment in Square before arranging setup.
